PDX 311 Launches Public Awareness Campaign

PORTLAND, Ore.– PDX 311 improves access to local government within Multnomah County by providing a single point of contact- in person, online or over the phone to find information, report issues, or request services.

PDX 311’s mission is to simplify community member access to local government programs and services.  PDX 311 is working to provide a single point of contact for community members-including residents, business owners and visitors.  PDX 311 will provide valuable data and insights into the community’s needs and interests, allowing bureaus and city council to make more informed service and communication decisions.

PDX 311 can answer questions neighborhoods, community involvement, and when leaf pickup might be.  Also, reports on stolen bicycles or potholes as examples.  Things that do not require an immediate emergency response
